1. What Vitokoto is

Vitokoto ("the Service", "we", "us") is a free-to-play social casino website offering casino-style games played with virtual credits that have no monetary value. The Service exists purely for entertainment. It offers no real money gambling, no wagering, and no opportunity to win money or anything of real-world value.

2. Who may use it

You may ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@vitokoto.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the Service, probe or bypass its security, scrape it with automated tools in a way that burdens it, misrepresent your age, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Vitokoto name, site design, and site content belong to us or our licensors. All game titles and artwork are the property of their respective owners. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for private entertainment and nothing more.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Since everything here is free and carries no monetary value, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars ($0).

9. No gambling, stated plainly

Nothing on the Service constitutes gambling, a lottery, or a prize promotion. Practice or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real money gambling.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
